Production Details Single-vintage rosé made by the saignée method. Faussard and Les Béguines were planted in 1968. The release is described as organically and biodynamically farmed, vinified without additions, and retaining natural residual sugar. It spent approximately six years on lees between bottling and disgorgement.

The specialist merchant phrases the measurement as “dosage: 1 g/L (residual),” while a bottle-label transcription reports 0 g/L dosage and 1 g/L residual sugar. That sampled bottle also reports total SO2 below 10 mg/L, tirage on 28 June 2019 and disgorgement on 17 March 2025. These conflicting or bottle-specific measurements and dates are retained as release context rather than vintage-wide canonical dosage, residual-sugar, sulfites, tirage or disgorgement claims.
