Production Details Vines were 30–40 years old. Fruit was fully destemmed, followed by a four-day cold pre-fermentation maceration, native-yeast alcoholic fermentation in concrete, one or two pump-overs daily, punch-downs, and seven days of post-fermentation maceration. After malolactic fermentation, the wine spent 15 months in barrel, including 20% new barrels, and was bottled without fining or filtration.
Tasting Notes Muraoka, onsite tasting in April 2024: intertwined red and black fruit, a sweet aromatic impression, rounded dark-fruit presence, gentle acidity, moist texture and a long, straight finish.
