Production Details The 2021 harvest produced seven barrels rather than the usual 14; Christy Canterbury MW's 2023 tasting note reported that the new-oak character was still marked at that stage.
Tasting Notes John Gilman (Nov/Dec 2022): red and black cherries, plum, woodsmoke, venison, raw cocoa, mustard seed, vanillin oak and hazelnut; deep, full-bodied and balanced, with fine-grained tannins and a long, focused finish.
