Production Details The grapes were harvested manually and 75% destemmed. Spontaneous indigenous-yeast fermentation took place in stainless steel, with occasional punchdowns and pumpovers. The wine matured for 12 months in oak barrels, 20% new, followed by 6 months in stainless steel; it was neither fined nor filtered.
Tasting Notes Ripe red-fruit aromas, a mineral touch and developed notes; silky, fleshy texture, measured tannins and a mineral finish.
