Production Details The fruit was picked at 13.2% potential alcohol. Mounir Saouma stated that this site must be harvested late to avoid vegetal, aggressive character. This is a grape-at-harvest measurement, not finished-wine alcohol.
Tasting Notes Stephen Tanzer: dark red, with ripe black fruit, violet and licorice; rich and sweet, with black-fruit and saline flavors, ripe tannins and good length. Burghound: floral reduction, followed by fresh, delineated, intense and lightly stony flavors, fine length and a balanced finish of moderate complexity.
