Production Details Grapes and musts were purchased from supply partners under rigorous specifications. Grapes were harvested by hand in open-work crates and sorted if necessary, followed by total destemming. Fermentation and maceration lasted 2–3 weeks, with punch-downs and pump-overs; press fractions were separated according to tasting. Oak-barrel maturation lasted 14–16 months, with 20–25% new barrels.
Tasting Notes Véronique Boss-Drouhin: intense luminous ruby colour; violet, rose jam and wild strawberry; refined tannins; floral and fruity flavours with a long finish
