Production Details The grapes were handpicked and first sorted in the vineyard. After gentle pressing, the finest juices were selected and vinified at low temperature in barrels without sulphites being used during vinification. Barrel maturation lasted 18 months: the first 6 months in 3-year-old barrels, followed by transfer to more recent barrels for another 12 months. The vines have genetic diversity derived from massal selections.
