Production Details Bancroft characterized Les Mazures as a cooler terroir. Its broader 2021 Domaine Paul Pillot overview says estate picking began on 17 September and that the 2021 wines avoided new barrels; those two observations are estate-level vintage context rather than a parcel-specific harvest date or exact Les Mazures élevage specification.
Tasting Notes Bancroft described a complex floral bouquet with zesty grapefruit and mineral scents, followed by a lively, pure palate with a mouth-watering mineral finish, flower blossom and almond notes; it characterized the wine as subtle, elegant and tense.
