Production Details For the 2022 range, picked grapes were cooled to 12°C and the juice was protected from oxygen. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation took place in barrel, followed by at least a year of barrel maturation and approximately six months in stainless-steel vat before bottling; sulphur use was described as moderate and bottling timing was guided by the lunar cycle. This cuvée combined a 0.2-hectare Les Chenevottes parcel with Clos Saint-Jean and produced just over 600 litres, or two barrels. Corney & Barrow scored it 17.5–18/20.
Tasting Notes Rich and flinty, with bright peach and pear fruit.
