Barrel Size 350
Vegetarian Yes
Production Details Approximately 1.71 hectares across nine named areas, with vines planted between 1955 and 2016. The grapes were harvested manually and selectively sorted in the vineyards. The wine was matured for 12 months in 350 L barrels and then for 4–6 months in vats before bottling. The technical table states that 100% of the wine was oaked and lists 15% new oak, while the narrative gives a conflicting range of 15–20% new barrels; the new-oak proportion is therefore retained as an unresolved source discrepancy rather than a settled numeric fact. The producer works organically.
Tasting Notes Pure, bright yellow hue; intensely fruity, expressive and generous; round and fleshy palate; yellow citrus, peach, apricot and Mirabelle plum; rich, indulgent and textured, with youthful accessibility.
Food Pairing Delicate seafood, shellfish and white fish, especially with simple preparation or light sauces.
