Production Details The Domaine's 2023 harvest was scheduled plot by plot between September 7 and 21 to retain freshness and minerality; this is an estate vintage window, not a Les Vaudevey-specific picking interval. Fruit was sorted at cellar entry and gently pressed at low pressure, selecting only the press core. Fermentation took place in 15% French oak barrels and 85% stainless steel. The wine remained for 12 months in those vessels on fine lees, followed after blending by further fine-lees maturation until bottling.
Tasting Notes Direct and upright, with minerality, freshness, restrained expression, tension, delicacy and finesse

Production Details The Domaine's 2022 harvest started on August 25; this is an estate-wide start date, not a Les Vaudevey-specific picking date. Thick grape skins led the team to focus on core pressing.
Tasting Notes Delicacy, tension, finesse and precision
