Production Details The current importer marks the 2022 release as certified biodynamic. A vintage-specific trade page describes horse-worked soils, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maturation in wooden casks. Production Details Hand harvested into 12 kg cases. The whole clusters were directly and gently pressed, followed by spontaneous fermentation and malolactic conversion. The wine matured for 18 months on its lees in used medium-size barrels, was assembled, and then rested for 12 months in larger oak foudres before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. The source records 10 mg/L SO2 added before bottling; this is an addition amount, not a finished-wine total-sulfites analysis. The planted portion is stated as 3.5 ha, and the site is described as approximately 300 m high.
