Production Details Because the 2024 crop was small and empty barrels were available, this vintage was unusually matured 50% in barrel and 50% in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes Fresh and zesty, with lemon, green apple, pear, bright citrus and oyster-shell or saline-mineral notes; lively, sharply delineated and bone-dry, with bright acidity and a grippy, youthfully austere finish.
