Production Details The Larrey parcel’s configuration prevents mechanized cultivation, so its soil is worked with a horse and plough.
Tasting Notes Powerful, structured and complex, with blackberry, cherry, raspberry, forest floor, rose, lavender, cinnamon, sandalwood, smoke, liquorice and tobacco; deep, mineral-driven and long, with youthful austerity.
