Production Details Bourgogne Côte d'Or Blanc sourced from four parcels in Meursault and Chassagne-Montrachet (Les Belles Côtes, Au Jardin, Petit Clos, and a Chassagne vineyard added in 2016). Vines 20-50 years old. Direct pressing with indigenous yeasts used for fermentation. No bâtonnage (lees stirring). Aged for 12 months in oak barrels (20% new oak), then transferred to stainless steel tanks for an additional 4 months for purity and clarity. Lightly filtered, unfined, minimal sulfur added. Estate practices organic viticulture (uncertified) with low yields and manual vineyard work. Slow fermentations in cold underground caves. Typical estate aging is 22 months in old barrels. Minimal intervention with no racking and limited fining or filtration for authentic terroir expression.
