Production Details The 0.75-hectare parcel lies at Baudes Basses in the southern part of Clos-Vougeot beside the wall separating it from Echézeaux. Harvesting was manual with 40% whole bunches. Fermentation lasted three weeks with very gentle extraction, followed by 20 months in oak barrels, 60% new.
Tasting Notes Black fruit, earthy character, dense and structured palate, firm but non-dry tannins, and a long finish
