Production Details Practicing-organic farming on a 0.32 ha parcel, with vines described as more than 50 years old and maturation in barrel. Whole-cluster proportion is unresolved: Skurnik’s specification says 50% hand-cut whole cluster, while the embedded Vinous review dated 9 January 2025 reports approximately 40% whole bunch because the bunches were larger.
Tasting Notes Vinous (review dated 9 January 2025): dark berry fruit, brown spices and blackcurrant leaf, with fine-boned tannins and a linear, focused, tensile palate. Wine Advocate (review dated 30 January 2025): plums, sweet red berries, orange and cinnamon, with a supple, fleshy palate.
