Production Details Fermentation lasted 5–6 weeks with soft extraction at a maximum temperature of 25°C. The wine matured for at least 8 months in traditional concrete vats, protected from air. Production was 700 cases. The sheet also lists total acidity as 4.68 but supplies neither a unit nor an acid-equivalent basis, so that figure is not normalized as total_acidity_gl.
Tasting Notes Crisp, bright and succulent, with tropical fruit, flowers, beeswax and pronounced freshness through the finish.
