Production Details Estate-vinified from manually harvested, destemmed grapes placed in tanks with light sulfur doses. Skin-contact fermentation lasted 3–5 weeks at 22–23°C, with gentle extraction and regular lees work. After pneumatic pressing, free-run and press wines were blended. Maturation lasted 18 months: 30% in oak barrels and 70% in tank. The sheet reports total acidity as 3.6 but supplies neither a unit nor an acid-equivalent basis, so it is not treated as a canonical total_acidity_gl value. Production was 500 cases.
Tasting Notes Red color with red reflections; brandied cherry, laurel leaf, paprika and nutmeg; fine tannins, fresh red fruit, black licorice, cocoa, raspberry and crystallized blackberry.
