Production Details Hand-picked in small cases, sorted, harvested slightly over-ripe. 2024 harvest began August 28th. Pneumatically pressed; settling of juices. Fermentation: 30% in oak, 70% in tanks. Aged 50% in new oak barrels and 50% in one-year-old barrels. Bottled after 8 months. Drinking window: within 3 years or after 15 years.
