Exceptionally early harvest, low yields and high quality. Only 50mm rain March-May (vs 150mm normal). Summer had only 2 rainy episodes. Temperatures above normal seasonal levels. 2022 is a vintage of resilience and precocity, ranks among the best of the past decade. Vines were selectively harvested at peak ripeness.
