Production Details Fruit came from a Sainte-Agnès plot planted in 1982. The grapes were direct-pressed into barrel for fermentation and élevage; the barrels were not topped, allowing flor to develop. After 36 months, the wine was racked and bottled without added SO2 at bottling.
