Production Details Direct official product-sheet specification: the base wine is aged for 9–10 months, 70% in thermoregulated stainless-steel vats and 30% in oak barrels. Reserve wines comprise 25–30%. The wine spends 24–36 months on laths before disgorgement and a further 3 months before release. Dosage is 5–6 g/L. Recommended serving temperature is 8–10°C.
