Production Details Fruit came from three parcels selected for their Crémant potential. After whole-bunch pressing, the base wines were fermented and matured in century-old oak casks, followed by secondary fermentation in bottle and 50 months of maturation on the lees.
Tasting Notes Pale gold with fine, persistent effervescence; ripe yellow apple, brioche, toasted notes and grilled bread; energetic, broad and balanced palate with fine, persistent bubbles.
