Production Details Exact-wine cask-sample account: fruit came from one supplier in Aloxe-Corton and one in Pernand-Vergelesses, was picked on different dates, made separately and then blended. The sample comprised three 350 L barrels and two 228 L barrels; two of the 350 L barrels were new.
Tasting Notes Robert Parker: sweet citrus, ripe peaches, freshly baked bread, white flowers and struck match; rich, broad and unctuous. Jancis Robinson cask sample: ripe fruit, intensity, weight and power. Vinous: reduction, yellow fruit, beeswax, viscous texture and lightly spiced finish. Jasper Morris, tasted October 2024: lemon and lime, mineral, generous palate and persistent finish.
