Region Corton-Charlemagne
Fermentation Vessels 350-liter French-oak barrels

Separately, the producer's broader, non-parcel-specific 2022 report places the early harvest between 29 August and 10 September; that range is retained only as producer vintage context, not asserted as this parcel's exact picking dates.
Tasting Notes Pale yellow with green highlights; white peach, pear, citrus, honeysuckle, gunflint, almond and vanilla; full and generous with vibrant acidity and a mineral framework; long finish with brioche, baked apple and citrus.
Food Pairing Grilled lobster or langoustines; meaty fish in creamy sauces; foie gras; white-truffle dishes; poultry in cream sauce; Époisses or Roquefort.
