Production Details The grapes were destemmed and crushed, with infusion-style extraction through gentle punch-downs and limited pump-overs. The wine matured for 20 months on fine lees in Burgundian oak barrels. The vineyard has a 12% slope and was managed with natural inter-row grass, shallow under-row cultivation, herbotherapy, Poussard-method Cordon de Royat pruning and a July green harvest.
