Production Details Single 0.2974-hectare Milnon lieu-dit in Dizy, planted in 2009 and farmed organically; 2022 was its first production. Vinification used 100% whole bunches and spontaneous fermentation, followed by 16 months of barrel ageing.
Tasting Notes Dark red with garnet tints; mineral rock, liquorice, smoke, tobacco, blueberry and vegetal nuances; soft and textured initially, then concentrated, firm, energetic, savoury and fresh, with a structure suited to long ageing.
