Production Details Introduced in 2021; grapes came from vines aged 35–40 years. The wine underwent a short maceration and solera élevage, followed by 24 months in tank before bottling. Elie Wine Company additionally describes the grapes as hand-harvested.
Tasting Notes Deep pink with ruby highlights; aromas of raspberry and forest fruits; fresh palate with a tangy attack, abundant fruit and an easy-drinking finish.
