Production Details The wine was made without added sulfites. The current producer sheet is internally inconsistent about identity and maturation: its structured panel says harvest 2020 and two years in 600 L demi-muids, while its narrative still says 2018 and four years in local oak. The exact Permission 2020 vendor page corroborates the 2020 identity and reports four years in local Forêt d’Orient oak. The aging duration is therefore retained as an unresolved two-year versus four-year conflict rather than normalized.
