Production Details The grapes were harvested by hand and passed over two sorting tables, one vibrating and one manual. The listing associates a small portion of the cuvée with a 0.4-hectare Les Mazoyères parcel. Grapes were destemmed without crushing, cooled, then allowed to warm slowly; fermentation began after 5–10 days, vatting lasted approximately 20 days, and the wine was aged in oak barrels.
