Production Details Reported as 80% whole bunch. Accounts of extraction conflict: Neal Martin reports no punch-downs during fermentation, while Jasper Morris reports one punch-down at the very end. Julia Harding’s January 2024 cask-sample note reports 15–20% new oak; William Kelley reports production of about 35 barrels. The same page also contains conflicting vine-age descriptions—65–70 years in its house description versus 50 years in the quoted Burghound note—so no canonical vine-age claim is proposed.
