Production Details The Chambolle-Musigny underwent 80% whole-bunch fermentation, and 60% of its crop was lost to the April frost. At estate/category level, 2016 village wines used 10–12% new oak; wines spent an average of 12 days in cuve, rarely more than 14 days, before transfer to 228 L barrels. Extraction varied among foot-treading, punching-down and pumping-over.
