Harvest Dates Harvest began 28 August 2020; all fruit was brought in during the first three days.
Production Details Estate parcels yielded 25–35 hL/ha in 2020. Malolactic fermentations proceeded slowly in temperature-controlled cellars. At the December 2021 cellar tasting, the wines had not been racked and remained on their fine lees in their original casks.
Tasting Notes Plums, black cherries, chalky soil, dark chocolate, woodsmoke and restrained vanilla oak; pure and full-bodied, with a pretty fruit core, seamless tannins, tangy acidity and a long, focused, complex finish.
