Production Details The 2023 whites were scheduled for bottling around November 2025 after a full 27 months of élevage. The long élevage used no added protection, and the wines had not been racked after completion of malolactic fermentation. They were intended for bottling with elevated CO2 of approximately 1000 mm; the house recommends decanting.
Tasting Notes Firmly reduced nose; vibrant, succulent and dense medium-weight palate; lightly stony, saliva-inducing, impeccably balanced and long finish.
