Grapes were hand-harvested with triple sorting; fermentation involved daily pump-overs and careful punch-downs. Maturation lasted 18 months, split between 60% stainless-steel tanks and 40% French oak barrels. Recommended serving temperature is 14–18°C.
Tasting Notes Deep ruby with mauve highlights; cherry, red plum, blackberry, licorice, peppermint and mineral notes; juicy texture, peppery tannins, and a paprika-and-licorice finish.
