Production Details Old Chardonnay vines planted in 1974 and 1986 are organically cultivated with mechanical soil work and ploughing. Grapes are harvested by hand with strict vineyard sorting, lightly crushed and gently pressed; the must is cold-settled. Fermentation and 12 months of maturation take place in 228 L oak barrels, around 15% new, followed by 4–6 months in WineGlobe glass tanks before bottling without fining or filtration.
Tasting Notes Pale-to-intense brilliant gold; ripe yellow fruit, white flowers, fresh butter, brioche, spice, honey and subtle toast; full-bodied, dense and enveloping, with fine tension and a long, deep finish.
Food Pairing Pan-seared scallops, grilled lobster, turbot with beurre blanc, refined poultry dishes, or aged Comté.

Production Details Organically cultivated with mechanical soil work and gentle ploughing; grapes were harvested by hand and selected in the vineyard. The wine matured for 12 months in 350 L oak barrels, 15–20% new, followed by 4–6 months in stainless-steel tanks before bottling.
Tasting Notes Brilliant golden yellow; hazelnut and butter, with ripe peach, melted butter, pear, melon, walnut and green apple; elegant minerality and a long, complex, broad, dense finish.
