Production Details The importer’s standard specification lists practicing-organic farming, élevage in 350 L and 700 L barrels with 20% new barrels, and maturation for 12 months in barrel followed by 6 months in tank. Its vintage-specific Vinous note instead reports that the 2023 wine was raised in two used barrels and underwent a slightly longer alcoholic fermentation; the new-oak discrepancy is therefore unresolved.
Tasting Notes Vinous, 9 January 2025: intense citrus, aniseed, mineral character, light spice, walnut and oyster shell, with depth and a long finish.
