Production Details The 2020 season began with a mild winter and spring, and flowering occurred at the beginning of June. A very dry, hot summer followed; early-autumn rain aided final ripening, while cool summer nights preserved acidity. Mature grapes were crushed and gently pneumatically pressed, then vinified dry in stainless-steel vats and old casks without malolactic fermentation or prolonged lees ageing. The wine was bottled in the spring after harvest and kept in the cellar for at least three years.
