Production Details Fruit is described as coming chiefly from Meursault lieux-dits and young vines. The wine matured for 12 months in French oak barrels, approximately 15% new, and was bottled without filtration. The retailer page gives internally inconsistent serving ranges: 8–10°C in its facts and 10–12°C in its narrative. A separate 2023 catalog record reports residual sugar below 3 g/L and acidity of 3.9 g/L without identifying the acidity basis; these observations are therefore retained as qualified text rather than canonical numeric sugar or total-acidity values.
Tasting Notes Aperitif, tasted 5 September 2025: yellow-green; lightly reductive, with tart fruit, mineral and flint notes; full and fruity, lightly sweet-fruited yet fresh, with sustained fruit and a reasonably dry finish.
