Production Details The exact-wine 2024 sheet says the wine follows the house practice of approximately two years of maturation on its lees without movement, retaining some natural carbon dioxide; energetic decanting is recommended. It says only a minimal sulfur dose is necessary at bottling. The VINTUS producer profile agrees on full lees ageing, no racking and retained CO2, but says no sulfur is added at bottling; the at-bottling sulfur statements therefore conflict and no has_sulfites claim is proposed.
Tasting Notes Light-bodied.
Food Pairing Poultry; Italian dishes; vegetarian dishes; charcuterie.
