Production Details Producer specification: reported vineyard surface 6 ha 96 a; manual harvesting with sorting and parcel-by-parcel maturity monitoring; 24 hours of settling before clarification and transfer to barrels; 12 months in barrels on lees followed by approximately 10 months in stainless-steel tanks on fine lees; optional fining and light filtration only if necessary. The importer’s separate 2023 specification instead reports 3.5 ha and only 6 months in vats after the 12-month barrel phase, so the surface and post-barrel duration remain genuine source conflicts.

Tasting Notes Neal Martin, May 2024: bright green apple and dewy-meadow aromas; crisp, lively palate with a malic edge and a fresh Granny Smith-like finish.

Production Details The importer reports a 1.5 ha vineyard source, 24-hour settling after pressing, fermentation in French oak barrels, 12 months in barrel and a further 6 months in vats before bottling preparation. The reported surface and parcel list differ materially from the producer’s later Bourgogne blanc sheets, so these observations must remain explicitly scoped to the Wilson Daniels 2022 document.
