Tasting Notes Bright translucent ruby; fresh red cherry, strawberry, violet and gentle earthy or mushroom-like notes; silky and medium-bodied, with fine-grained tannins, bright acidity, cherry skin, mineral grip and a clean, persistent savoury-mineral finish.
