Production Details The vineyard surface is 1.92 hectares and planting density is 10,000 vines/ha. Grapes were harvested manually and rigorously sorted, followed by temperature-controlled vinification and an 18-day vatting period. The wine matured on fine lees in French oak barrels for 12 months, was traditionally racked, and was bottled at the domaine by gravity.
Tasting Notes Bright ruby; wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry and blackcurrant; juicy, fresh, lively and balanced, with elegant tannins.
