Production Details The domaine reported that its 2021 reds received only a little pigeage, performed after alcoholic fermentation, and that no new barrels were used in 2021, compared with the usual 10–15%. At the 18 November 2022 tasting, the reds had not yet been bottled and bottling was expected to begin in early 2023.
