Production Details The 1.3407-hectare holding produced small berries with significant millerandage. The hand-picked fruit comprised one-third whole bunches and two-thirds destemmed grapes. Traditional fermentation and maceration took place in concrete vats for 18 days, with daily pump-overs and five punch-downs. The wine matured for 9 months in 228 L French oak barrels, 30% new, and was then racked and blended in stainless steel for 1 month.

Production Details Fruit from vines averaging 65 years old near Maranges was hand-harvested and partially destemmed, then fermented with indigenous yeasts. Maturation lasted 11 months in barrels, 20% new.
Tasting Notes Red cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry, star anise, violet and rose petals; cassis, red berries, sweet spices, floral notes and bitter cocoa, with energetic fruit, silky tannins and a lingering finish.
