Production Details The grapes were handpicked and thoroughly sorted in the vineyard. Côte d’Or fruit was whole-bunch pressed, then vinified and aged in barrels at the producer’s winery with regular stirring. Mâconnais and Chablis components were partly vinified in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruit. IWSC categorizes the finished wine as dry, with residual sugar below 5 g/L; this bound is retained here rather than converted into an exact residual-sugar value.
Tasting Notes Golden yellow; pear, fresh apricot and brioche; fresh almond, hazelnut, bergamot and narcissus; round palate with strawberry, tangy pineapple-candy and mineral freshness. The 2024 IWSC panel additionally noted apple, lemon peel, melted butter, sweet spice and an oily citrus texture.
Critics Ratings IWSC Silver 2024
