Production Details The fruit comes from a Gevrey-Chambertin parcel below the main road. Grapes are harvested by hand and pass over vibrating and manual sorting tables. They are destemmed but not crushed, cooled, then allowed to warm gradually; fermentation begins after 5–10 days and vatting lasts about 20 days. Maturation is in oak barrels with no new wood.
Tasting Notes Spicy red berries, Morello cherry and redcurrant; delicate nose; lively, fruity palate with tasty tannins.
