Production Details Handpicked grapes are sorted on arrival at the winery. Fermenting maceration takes place in thermoregulated wooden vats for 18–21 days. The wine is aged in oak barrels, including 15–20% new barrels, for 10–12 months. Recommended serving temperature is 14–15°C (57–59°F).
