Production Details Hand harvested and carefully sorted, then gently pressed. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was aged on fine lees for 10–12 months, with 50% matured in stainless-steel vats and 50% in 228 L French oak barrels; the oak component included 20% new barrels.
